Michelin launches new CerexBib combine tire

Michelin unveils the CerexBib combine tire, the industry’s first high-flexion tire specifically designed for combines. New IF and VF flexion technology is incorporated in the combine tire to allow for 40% lower air pressures than standard radial tires so that the tire footprint spreads out over more ground to minimize soil compaction. Michael Vandel, segment marketing manager for Michelin North America, explains.

Pump and Meter Solutions introduces water-resistant meter

Roving reporter Clark McPheeters goes under water to demonstrate the water-resistant Dura-Meter from Pump and Meter Solutions, Arcadia, Ind. The unit is used for portable refillable containers and features a moisture-sealed construction so that the electronic circuit is impervious to moisture. The meter also features a Calibration Quick List, which allows the user to choose from a list of commonly used products and selected temperatures to automatically calibrate the meter.
